President Dan Bloedorn from Backyard Nature Products in Chilton, Wisconsin announces the acquisition of the Nature Products Company from William (Bill) Dean of North Kingston, Rhode Island. Nature Products carries an innovative patented line of hummingbird, oriole and butterfly nectar feeders, birdsaver window decals, a line of squirrel-proof tube feeders, window hook and nectar. According to Bloedorn, the Nature Products product line will allow Backyard Nature Products to offer specialty wild bird stores and lawn and garden centers a more complete line of bird feeders and accessories.

Backyard Nature Products manufactures private franchise metal and wood products, the Wood Country and Country Classic lines of wooden bird feeders and bird houses, the Avian Aquatics line of bird baths, drippers, misters, flow rocks, bird-creeks and pond kits, and the metal screen and plastic line of Bird Stuff products where the Nature Products' items will be added. President Bill Dean from Nature Products, who has extensive knowledge in metal stamping, will be working with Backyard Nature Products to ensure a smooth transition and continued new product design and development. The Nature Products 800 number will be transferred to the BNP manufacturing and shipping facility in Chilton, Wisconsin where all the Nature Products items will be relocated.
