2026 Annual Meeting

All professionals in the wild bird feeding industry are welcome to attend.  Spouses or friends are also welcome with the purchase of a companion pass.  The spouse registration includes activities, meals, and receptions!

We are actively working on plans for 2026, but you can get an idea on the type of content and activities we plan from our 2025 Program below:

VIEW 2025 PROGRAM

All events will take place at the Caribe Hilton San Juan with the exception of offsite activities as noted in the schedule.

General passes allow attendees access to all educational sessions, events, and activities (some require separate registration). Spouses will only have access to WBFI meals and social receptions.

• Buffet breakfasts and lunches are included with registration as well as light snacks and refreshments in the morning and afternoon of each meeting day.
• Evening receptions hosted by our generous sponsors usually include drinks and heavy appetizers. If you have specific dietary needs, please email us: info@wbfi.org (or note in your registration), and we will be able to accommodate you!

The dress code for the event is business casual. We encourage you to dress comfortably but professionally for the conference.

No passport is needed for US Citizens visiting Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico follows U.S. entry rules for attendees from other countries.
